Her post-bachelor’s education was completed in Pennsylvania at the University of Pittsburgh and Duquesne University, where she earned a Master of Social Work, a Master of Public Administration, and a Juris Doctorate degree.
Mrs. Davis-Branch has represented individuals and business entities in various areas of the law. Her career began with the Federal Home Loan Bank Board in Washington, D.C., as an Associate Counsel. Next, she served as Senior Attorney for the Department of Public Welfare in Harrisburg, PA. In 1995, Ms. Davis-Branch returned to South Carolina and worked for eight years as General Counsel for South Carolina State University in Orangeburg, SC. In 2005, she was employed as Associate Counsel for the law firm of Horger and Horger in Orangeburg.
